Breakfast doesn’t have to be hard! You could make this as egg cups on the weekend and pop them in to the microwave to reheat or just quickly fry it up on the stove. You can also add assorted veggies.
If making egg cups, preheat oven to 375. Spray bottom of muffin tin with olive oil. Mix together eggs and sausage chunks. Sprinkle seasoning on top. Bake for 15-17 minutes.
Otherwise, after cutting sausage into chunks, heat on the stove in olive oil. Add eggs until cooked through and top with seasoning!

3 Free range eggs
1 Trader Joe’s Spicey Italian Chicken Sausage link cut up into small pieces.
Trader Joe’s Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend, to taste
