Certified Personal Trainer, Accountabilty Coach and Menopause Specialist, and experienced Menopause participant!

Feeling your best starts from the inside out. I believe that a healthy, balanced woman who feels her best, will shine and look her best. I help women from all ages, but specialize in 50+ take action to identify the root cause of their health and wellness struggles, remove any lifestyle roadblocks that are weighing you down, and get you (back) on the road to living a balanced, healthy life.  

Whether you have been struggling with these symptoms for years or these are all very new, I am here to guide you! I educate women like you on the small steps you can take to live a healthier lifestyle, to help you be the best version of yourself.

I know, I know. You are probably thinking, “Michele, what am I supposed to do?! My age and hormones are not working with ME!” I hear you, but let me share something with you.

Changes to your body and your health can’t happen overnight, and this applies to getting them back on track. For most women, they don’t know what hit them, they just know they are not themselves…but these challenges can be corrected, through systematic changes and repeated action. It didn’t take you one day to get where you are today and no magic pill will straighten you out in one or 90 days either.  Consistency and education is the key to your vitality along with a sustainable plan that will work over time. My clients typically feel results within 2 weeks and seeing physical results within approximately 6 weeks. 

It’s ok though! The time will pass quickly anyway and if you don’t take action now, you will look back in 6 weeks and wish you had already begun.
